a. Klarity, company registration number 559057-1724 having its registered address at Birger Jarlsgatan 57C, 113 56, Stockholm, Sweden (“Klarity”, “we” or “us”). This document contains a policy statement regarding Klarity’s collection, use and processing of Personal Data (“Privacy Policy”). This privacy policy is applicable when you access the web-based online platform by logging-in or creating an account on www.klarity.org (the “Website” or the “Service” (you can find a more detailed description in our Terms of Service found at klarity.org/terms-of-service).b. All definitions in this Privacy Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable data protection laws which refers to the Swedish Personal Data Act (1998:204), which implements the EU directive 95/46/EC, and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation no. 2016/679) and the Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications (Directive 2002/58/EC), as well as the national implementations and related national legislation.

a. We will process personal data regarding your email address for the purposes set forth in ii-iii and vi. We will also process personal data regarding your IP address for the purposes set forth in vi. We will also process personal data regarding your use of the Service, network and computer performance, browser type, language and operating system for the purpose of iv. We are unable to provide you with the Service unless you provide us with your email address to create and administer the Service.c. Your personal information is only used for the purposes set out in 2a and our standpoint is that it will not be shared with any governmental organizations. The only exception is if the Department of Justice in Sweden determines a request of personal information made to Klarity is valid.

By creating a user account at our Webpage and ticking into the box “I consent to the processing of personal data according to the Privacy Policy” you agree to the processing of personal data as set out in this Privacy Policy; and to receive direct marketing from us. You have the right to refuse your personal data being used for direct marketing and you may at any time recall your prior consent.b. By signing up for the newsletter you agree to the processing of personal data regarding your email address in order for us to send you the newsletters.

We may share and disclose your personal data to third party service providers (Google Inc, Mixpanel, Inc., Zendesk, Inc, Slack Technologies, Inc, Hotjar Ltd., Auth0 Inc., Discoursehosting) providers to be able to to store your information and conduct analytics regarding our Services. However, we will never disclose your email address to a third party service provider.b. Slack Technologies Inc., Mixpanel, Inc., Auth0 Inc. and Zendesk Inc are located outside the EU/EEA and our data transfer to these recipients has a EU-U.S. Privacy Shield certification. You can acquire further information regarding the transfer by contacting us.c. When the Service you may be directed to other websites where the personal data collected is not in our control. The privacy policy of the other website will govern the personal data obtained from you on that website.

a. We store your personal data until you erase your user account, and will then anonymise your personal data in order to keep statistics regarding our Services. We may however store your email address up to twelve (12) months after you have erased your user account in order to send you information via email regarding the Services.

a. The Service are not directed to persons under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian of a person under the age of 18 and you become aware of that the child has provided personal data to us without your consent, please contact info@klarity.org to exercise your access, rectification, erasure, limiting of processing and objection rights.

a. You have an absolute right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing. You also have the right to recall your prior given consent. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before its withdrawal, and we may continue processing your personal data based on other legal grounds, except for direct marketing.b. You have the right to request access and further information concerning the processing of your personal data, or request that we correct, rectify, complete, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data. You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data that we process relating to you free of charge once (1) every calendar year. For any additional copies requested by you, we may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.c. If the processing is based on the legal grounds consent or fulfilment of contract you have the right to data portability. Data portability means that you can receive the personal data that you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and have the right to transfer such data to another data controllers.

If we make changes to this Privacy Policy we will notify you by announcing it on the webpage where you access this Privacy Policy - klarity.org/privacy-policy and you can view the updates on paragraph 12. UPDATES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY. If your consent is required due to the changes, we will provide you additional prominent notice as appropriate under the circumstances and, ask for your consent in accordance with applicable law.
